Insulation Commandos of Charlotte is still a new business competing against established local competitors, we need to get more reviews, we need to get original photography and integrate it into fresh content, we need to differentiate from your top local competitors.
A lot of strategy notes from Q3 still apply (see below). Our top strategy recommendation is to use our 'Get Review System' to encourage reviews on platforms beyond Google, as we anticipate Google and A.I. systems in general will rely on reviews across popular platforms (Yelp, HomeAdvisor, etc.)

Recap on Q3 Strategy
IC-Charlotte has seen an increase in organic website traffic each month however we do not have comparative data based on the website still being relatively new. Local Search Appeal is focused on indexation and optimization of local landing pages in cities like Fort Mill and Rock Hill as well as technical audits and edits for the new website template launched in Q2. We've begun analysis and implementation to increase visibility in AI search engines including Perplexity, Claude and ChatGPT and identified immediate opportunities for search engines including Bing, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo. We've also launched a new tool to provide more in-depth competitor and performance analysis for GBP. There is still an opportunity for ranking improvement via acquisition of competitor citations as well as ongoing review acquisition and photo submission. IC-Charlotte has 12 reviews whereas the average competitor ahead of them has 130+. Despite the deficiency, the listing is moving up in part to domain/brand authority and review recency. IC-Charlotte also has opportunities to improve listing engagement with additional photo submissions as the average competitor ahead of them has 43 photos vs. 3 for IC-Charlotte. Photo opportunities include staff, before/after, equipment, van, owner, etc.
